Shipping and Returns
When you book an order, we will do our best to ship it within the weekdays (Monday till Friday) to the address you provide and estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping estimate time. We will do all we can to ship the product on time, but please allow for unexpected delays due to an increase in order volumes. Usually items will be shipped to the address listed at checkout, so please make sure it’s correct. If items are sent to the wrong address, it’s the buyer’s responsibility and no refund will be given.You can always contact us at email@example.com for any question/inquiry.
Shipping Cost Policy
All Australian local orders are shipped using Registered Post, a registered freight service by Australia Post, whereby you can track your order online. All prices are processed in Australian dollars (AU$).
$9.95 regular post for all orders under $150, delivery approximately within 3-7 business days from dispatch of payments being received and cleared.
$15.00 express post, delivery approximately within 1-2 business days from dispatch of payments being received and cleared.
Free Shipping on orders over AU$150.
Once we have provided you with tracking, we take no responsibility for lost parcels.
In order to provide the greatest range of products, if some Next items sold on this website are not stocked in our stock, we require additional time to deliver these products to you.
WE do value our customers and we hope you love your online purchases.
We provide products with high quality, so we don’t expect customers to return them. Our products can’t be returned unless there’s a quality defect, which is very unexpected, so please make sure of the item/s you want to buy. In case you want to return an item as a result of a quality defect, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and your full name. Once we receive your email we will send you an address to which you can ship the mentioned product. Within 30 business days of purchase (this starts from the date your order is delivered), all items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. in the instance, the cost of the return of this item will be the responsibility of the customer. The buyer will receive in this condition a refund or an exchange. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with URID support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to URID.
We are more than happy to accept returns of the item/s (with the exclusion of sale merchandise, including promotional sale) if the product/s:
- Has not been worn.
- Is not soiled or damaged.
- Is returned in its original packaging.
- Is wrongly described.
- Product is different to the item ordered if you wish to make an exchange- the extra shipping charges will be to your own cost.
Please, note that due to monitor colour display difference actual colours may be different to as they appear on screen.
How to Return an Item
Contact Customer Support at (email@example.com) to request a return. You must make this request within 7 business days of receiving the shipment/delivery.
- Be sure to specify the reason for your return request in your message and indicate any preference for a replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or colour). Use the Upload File button to proactively provide digital images of damaged or defective products.
- Send items back via post, with a tracking number included.

What the Return Process Usually Entails
Once your return is received and inspected, it will be processed. You will receive an email containing your refund/exchange details if approved.

You agree to (a) immediately notify URID of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. URID cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
